1. Order Processing Time

After your bag order is confirmed and paid successfully, our team will complete order verification, product quality inspection and professional packaging within 1 to 5 business days. All processing work does not include weekends and U.S. official holidays, during which our warehouse suspends all order processing operations.

When encountering large promotional activities and sudden surges in order volume, the order processing cycle will be appropriately extended. In case of obvious delivery delays, we will take the initiative to send email notifications to customers to update the latest order progress in a timely manner.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

The shipping cost of each order is calculated comprehensively based on the package weight, volume and delivery area. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before payment, allowing customers to confirm all logistics costs in advance.

We provide unified standard shipping service for all bag orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after dispatch. It should be noted that the delivery time is only a reference value. The actual arrival time of the package will be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance progress, severe weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday arrangements.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is packaged, inspected and dispatched from our warehouse, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your registered email address. The email contains your exclusive order tracking number and official logistics carrier information.

After the logistics carrier picks up the package, the tracking system will complete data synchronization within 24 to 72 hours, and you can query the real-time logistics status online. If the tracking information is not updated normally after 72 hours, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers need to fill in accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, postal codes and contact information when placing orders. Please carefully check the delivery information before payment to avoid abnormal delivery.

WILLIAM NEWTON WILLIS shall not be responsible for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, the customer shall bear the secondary reshipping fee independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is accidentally lost during transportation, please contact our customer support team to initiate a loss review process within 5 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics company to investigate the cause of the loss and give a final solution as soon as possible.

During long-distance transportation, bag products may be squeezed, collided or worn, resulting in product damage. If you receive damaged goods, please feedback to our customer service within 24 hours after receipt. You need to provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged parts of the product as valid evidence. We will verify the situation and solve the after-sales problem efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Each bag product sold in our store is made of different materials such as leather, canvas and nylon, and is equipped with exclusive material care instructions. Customers should use, store and clean the products in accordance with the official guidelines.

Product damage, fading, deformation and accessory loss caused by improper cleaning, high-temperature exposure, private modification and artificial misuse are not within our after-sales guarantee scope. We do not undertake any liability for compensation and maintenance for product damage caused by human factors.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international cross-border orders, the local customs department of the destination country may charge import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other related taxes according to local trade policies and regulatory standards.

All customs-related expenses are borne by the customer alone. The product price and shipping fee collected by our store do not include any customs fees. We will not be responsible for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
